API: introduced new endpoints: Create credential (creates a draft); Issue credential (changes the status from 'draft' to 'published'); Send credential (delivers credentials to the recipient); Create, issue, and send credential (does all of the above as a single endpoint).
Credentials: added the possibility to generate credentials without recipient emails by making the [recipient.email] attribute a non-required field.
Credentials: added the possibility to generate credentials without notifying recipients via email.
Design: added a possibility to insert a QR code with a custom URL.
Credentials: introduced a third-party email credential export that allows our issuers to generate credential exports (CSV or PDF) and send them to preferred email addresses.
Credentials: introduced the possibility to schedule credential issuance at a future date and time.
Emails: enhanced the flow of setting up custom email sender with strict DMARC policy. A new flow and mechanisms ensure 100% credential deliverability.
Groups: Certifier's group descriptions now support markdown. This allows Certifier issuers to elevate the descriptions using links and text styles.
Emails: Certifier introduced new email types: Credential Expiration Reminder and Credential Expired. The introduction of new email types allows Certifier issuers to customize the communication with the recipients whose credentials are about to expire or have already expired. We have additionally added a default property to the emails, allowing our issuers to set default emails of various types. Those default emails will be used for recipient communication throughout all groups unless specified otherwise in the individual group's settings.

Digital wallet: introduced Credential Retrieval page that allows recipients to easily retrieve lost credentials.
General Settings: introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to bolster account security. Certifier users can now enable an additional layer of protection by configuring a secondary verification method, such as a mobile app authenticator.
General Settings: added "Delete Account" feature, allowing Certifier users to permanently remove their account and associated data. This ensures greater control over personal information and complies with privacy regulations.
Team: added a possibility to assign user roles to the invited members. Now Certifier users can assign one of four available roles ensuring secure access to their recipient data.

Groups: introduced Advanced Settings section that includes:
PDF Attachments: It is now possible to attach PDF documents to your credentials, enriching them with detailed information like course pages, earning criteria, and syllabuses.
Recipient Permissions: Certifier users can control how recipients share their credentials, enable or disable sharing on social platforms, and allow or prevent PDF downloads.
Custom Page Title & Description: provided a possibility to customize credential page titles and descriptions to boost your online visibility and impact.
General Settings: added a possibility to edit and manage the primary account details, such as name, surname, and primary email.
Skills: added a possibility to assign skill tags to each created group. With the help of skills, Certifier issuers can provide a richer representation of recipients' achievements, showcasing specific qualifications they obtained.

Pricing: added a new powerful Premium plan that includes all Certifier add-ons. Enhanced the Free plan with more powerful features and increased its limits.
Digital wallet: added the possibility to choose the sharing credential from the digital wallet. Now the recipients having two types of credentials (certificate and badge) can choose the type of credentials they would like to share on social media.
Domain: moved the Certifier app to the .io domain.
Team: from now on, Certifier users and customers can streamline collaboration between different departments by inviting their team members to the company's workspace.
Credentials: added credential preview during publishing. Now Certifier users and customers can easily preview each certificate/badge template and email they are about to distribute, making the process of sending digital credentials less stressful.
Digital badges: added 20+ digital badge templates to enable Certifier users and customers to create digital badges quickly and professionally.
Digital badges: added Digital Badges – a new type of digital credential that opens up a whole new world of possibilities for our issuers. Our powerful badge builder makes it easy to design and customize digital badges, offering a wide range of design elements: bases, ribbons, and icons.

API: released the first public version of Certifier’s API (+ API Docs).
Integrations: added a new tab called "Integrations" and introduced Zapier. It is finally possible for Certifier users to fully automate their certification workflow by integrating Certifier with 5.000+ apps available on Zapier.
Design builder: added 100+ templates.

Design builder: added QR code functionality.
Analytics: introduced a new tab – Analytics. With the help of analytics, Certifier’s users can track the lifecycle of their certificates, analyze the levels and types of recipients' engagement, as well as explore the marketing performance of their certificates measured by views and clicks.
Email branding: added a new placeholder email template to reflect the email branding changes accurately. This template has all the elements users can customize so that it is clearly visible what changes have been made.

Add-on: introduced a Full White Label add-on that allows users to host certificates on a custom domain (e.g. certificates. yourcompany.com), remove Certifier’s footer from all the emails, and the Distributed by Certifier label from Credsverse.
Sign in/Sign up: redesigned the look of the sign-in and sign-up pages, improved the onboarding experience, and enhanced password reset and password confirmation.
Email builder: enhanced the links management in our email builder.
Groups: added a new field: learning event link. Once certificates are issued, this link is placed in the certificate’s description section and helps issuers promote their events via certification.
Certificate Management: added automatic email notifications about certificate change requests. From now on, important change requests won’t get lost.
Certificate Management: improved certificates navigation bar and added multilevel select certificates on different pages, option to manage them at once: export, resend the email, or delete.
Certificate Management: added a new export feature. You can download your certificates and all related data in one CSV file: recipient name, email, status, sharing analytics, download statistics, and more.
Issuing: improved process of uploading the recipient's list. You can upload x4 more recipients in one go.
Email builder: made improvements for email builder features. You can customize button size and orientation, change the color of your email body, edit each part of the text separately, and manage the image size directly in the email template menu.
Security: improved data storage rules. We remove all CSV files with the recipient's data right after processing to avoid vulnerability.
Pricing: new pricing model with new UX/UI, granular limits.
Add-on: Introduced the Premium Branding add-on that allows users to brand the digital wallet according to their company's branding, add social media icons and website links, customize the navigation bar and footer.
Settings: new account details page with billing information, e.g. invoices, cycles, etc.

This is where the changelog starts, but at this point, Certifier has already been around for about 6 months! Thus, the list you see below is not a changelog per se, but a sort of highlights list describing our main feature updates before this date.
Email builder: launched the Email Builder where users can create and brand their email templates. Introduced the possibility to set up custom sender details.
Issuing: made it possible to automatically generate certificates in bulk with a few clicks.
Issuing: Launched custom dynamic attributes for uploading dynamic names, emails, dates, and added more than 10 different types of dynamic information for certificate designs.
API: Launched internal API service for handling work between core parts of the applications in a fast and secure way.
