New powerful features for certificate issuers

We have great news for all issuers — on July 1st we released powerful and highly-requested features. Let’s introduce the changes that will make your experience even more satisfying: 

Email notification about change requests ✉️

You will receive an email notification once your recipient reports a mistake and requests the change. From now on, important change requests won’t get lost. 

Professional certificate management 🛠️

We improved the navigation bar, so certificate management has become more convenient. You can select certificates on different pages and manage them all at once: export, resend the email, or delete. We have also added a “select all” button for all certificates on one page and in the select segment. 

Export your certificates and all related data 🔗

You can export issued certificates in one CSV file with all the related data: recipient name, email, status, sharing analytics, download statistics, and more. You can use these features for custom analysis, reporting, or advanced certificate workflows. 

Improvements for email builder features 💎

From now on, you can customize button size and orientation, change the color of your email body, edit each part of the text separately, and manage the image size directly in the email template menu. With the most recent improvements, email builders’ performance is more stable. 

x4 times higher list uploading limit 📈

We have modified the process of uploading the recipients' list, and now you can upload x4 more recipients at once. Our technical team worked hard to implement this significant improvement for high-volume issuers.  

No more CSV files storing 🔐

Security of the customers is the highest priority for Certifier, so we have changed our data storage rules. From now on, all CSV files with recipients' data are removed right after processing to avoid vulnerability. This change means a significant increase in security and data privacy.
